About / A student, a builder, a point of view

# Hello. I’m *Nikesh.*

I’m a student of AI and an aspiring builder of useful businesses. I want to understand the technology, listen to the people it might serve, and learn the decisions that take a product from an idea into everyday use.

Nikesh ReddyCurious enough to look closer.

01 / Where I’m starting

## A broad curiosity. A practical *direction.*

I’m studying in Tetr’s Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence program. Over the next seven semesters, I want to learn the whole journey of a business, from finding a problem and shaping a product to building a brand, launching, marketing, selling, and running it responsibly.

A rushed problem definition can lead to a polished solution for the wrong need. I want to learn how to question the first explanation, understand the constraints, and decide what is worth solving. Learning AI belongs alongside that judgment: knowing where it helps, what needs checking, and when a simpler approach is enough.

This website brings that exploration together. The videos examine ideas in public. The writing gives an argument room to develop. Field Notes is where experiences can become observations I can return to.

02 / Learning at Tetr

## Study it. Take it outside. *Try to use it.*

Tetr’s four-year AI program combines technical study with management, sales and marketing, finance, and communication. Its hands-on projects connect those subjects to practical work.

My aim is to connect those parts through the next seven semesters. A customer conversation should shape what I build. A launch should test how clearly I explain its value. A sale should make me think about delivery, trust, and the economics of keeping the promise.

03 / Standards I want the work to meet

## Stay curious. Make it clear. *Show the work.*

01

### Look before deciding.

Understand the situation before reaching for a solution. Pay attention to what people do, what they avoid, and the workarounds they already trust.

02

### Make the question tangible.

A sketch, a prototype, a comparison, or a clear explanation gives an idea something to stand on. Choose a format that helps someone examine it.

03

### Let evidence change the view.

Keep observation, interpretation, and speculation visible. Explain why I think something, and what would make me think differently.

04

### Be clear about the work.

Show my contribution, credit the people involved, and describe the limits honestly. A useful account includes the decisions still left to make.

## The next good question *might come from you.*
